New Zealand is part of the Australasian Continent in the South Western Pacific Ocean. New Zealand comprises two large islands, the North Island and the South Island, and numerous smaller islands. New Zealand lies two thousand kilometres distand fron the Australian Mainland.

New Zealand is an isolated island of approximately four million inhabitants. New Zealanders enjoy a high standard of living. Much of New Zealand's economy is based on the export of agricultural and mineral products.
